Great service, bought a Citroen C4 cactus and it's in amazing condition, good price for the low mileage on it. I spoke to Mark, they took my old car in with a decent part ex value. A fuse had gone in the new car when I went to pick it up and they had it sorted within 10 minutes! Hopefully I won't need a new car for a long time but if I ever do I'll definitely come back here!

Clint is an A* sales man and car dealer. I recently purchased a Volvo V60 from Clint, the entire process was faultless. I collected the car after its service and MOT. It was sparkling and lovely to drive.
After 4 weeks of ownership I had a minor issue. I contacted Clint who was very responsive and we had honest grown up discussions where no blame. Fault or avoidance was present. Clint went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and the issue was resolved swiftly and with excellence.

Clint was extremely helpful and polite, he informed me about the car and answered all my questions patiently. The whole process was absolutely smooth, we were given the keys and was told to poke, turn, switch ,press, pull the bits on the car and was never pressured to hurry. We took the car for a test drive, and again was told to take our time and to get a feel for the car, Clint help us with the tax, with the extended warranty, he was very well prepared with the paperwork, the car has been serviced and cleaned inside & outside!! A fantastic service at Eastfield motors!!!! Mark was great right from the beginning and reserved the car immediately when I sent the deposit. Also, I arranged collection and Mark was very efficient helping me to collect and making sure it went very smoothly. He also, added another 3 months warranty to the existing 3 months which was a peace of mind.
